毛兔汗腺極不發(fā)達(dá)，體表又有濃密的被毛，所以對環(huán)境溫度非常敏感。據(jù)試驗，子兔的更適溫度為30℃~34℃，幼兔為20℃～24℃，成年兔為15℃～19℃。建舍時要考慮環(huán)境溫度。不過兔為維持體溫，需消耗較多營養(yǎng)，如不能滿足所需營養(yǎng)，則對產(chǎn)毛和增重都有明顯影響。
