長毛兔的喂養(yǎng)要做好“五看”

長毛兔的飼喂制度，通常可分為自由采食和限量飼喂兩種。目前，我國養(yǎng)兔大多采用定時定量 ― 限量飼喂方式，按照不同兔的營養(yǎng)需要和季節(jié)特點，定出飼養(yǎng)管理的操作日程，每天的飼喂次數(shù)、時間及喂量都要保持相對穩(wěn)定，不能忽早忽遲，也不能饑飽不均。

一看兔體大小投料，不能一律對待。一般體型大的成年兔投料要多些，青年兔、幼兔要適當(dāng)少些，青粗飼料應(yīng)按季節(jié)搭配喂用。

二看兔子肥瘦程度投料。較肥的兔子應(yīng)適當(dāng)減少精料，增喂青粗飼料；瘦弱兔子應(yīng)多喂精料，適當(dāng)補喂一些浸泡、煮熟的黃豆或搗碎的豆渣。

三看糞便干濕度投料。如果糞便干結(jié)，則要增加青料喂量，拌料以濕度大些為宜；如果糞便過軟，則要減少青料喂量，拌料也以較干燥些為佳。

四看饑飽情況投料。一般兔子都以喂到八成飽為宜，喂料過飽容易引起消化不良、腸炎、腹瀉等；喂料不足則會影響生長和生產(chǎn)性能的正常發(fā)揮。

五看天氣冷熱情況喂料。當(dāng)氣溫超過 30 ℃ 時則以早、夜喂料效果為佳，向時以喂食冷、涼飼料或青綠飼料為好；冬季天寒精料以熱水沖拌、捏團(tuán)飼喂為好。
